Composed by Manja Ristić and Bruno Duplant, this collection of sound works is sculpted from abundant sonic layers, field recordings, instrumental experiments, undefined ambience, and electro-acoustic nuances. Densely textured sound invites us into the elusive space, where tangible memories settle on the edges of wakefulness.
Veil of Discontinuity is a psychochoreography of movement through unbounded atmospheres. It drifts, folds, and unfurls; a palimpsest of sonic textures where the listener becomes a wanderer through translucent, trembling, occasionally torn veils of imagination. Through its openings, the unstable terrain of memory, the soft and peculiar machinery of dreams, and the quiet persistence of things that refuse to disappear can be glimpsed.
